bad seller - dorksideToys: I was tempted to buy the Hazard Viper from him. Beware this seller! Even if he's a top Ebay seller with very good feedback, I had a past deal for SW figures with him that didn't come through. Initially he said the package was sent out, but it was not. After weeks, he just stopped responding to my e-mails, he didn't even respond to Paypal. I got my money back through a Paypal case, but this is the only time I ever needed to do this. [EDIT] Comments on feedback were deleted as they were not correct after verification in my ebay account. Seller DID leave feedback after payment.[/EDIT]

Are you for real? You sure you don't have me mixed up with someone else? Seriously friend, I have no idea what your are talking about and I don't remember anyone filing a paypal complaint against me recently. I have good feedback (11658) 99.9% positive because I do fill orders quickly and I try and treat people in an honest and fair way in every transaction. You seriously believe that I take people's money and don't send them their package? If that were the case friend I'm certain it would be reflected in my feedback and there's a good chance I wouldn't be in business very long. Now I have no idea who you are but if you'll post your ebay user id I can look into it for you. Also I'll do us both a favor and put you on my block list so you don't have the misfortune of crossing my path again. Lastly I'm afraid you are mistaken about the feedback, I don't play the feedback extortion game, ebay automatically leaves it for me as soon as you pay. Now about 3 weeks ago I did turn it off for a few days because a customer had requested I not leave him feedback for fear that his wife would find out about his purchases with me, but otherwise it's always on.

Strange that you signed up on the forums just to react on this as it is your first post on the forum. I'm not mistaken, it is you, the +11600 top seller. I just checked my Ebay again and it's the same account. The Paypal case happened early this year after a 29/12/2010 sale that went wrong and where you didn't answer to. You didn't even answer to Paypal.

I will PM you the details for verification. I have no problem showing them here, but I don't want to do that initially, show it to you first.

I have to correct myself on the feedback, it is in my history. Sorry for that. I will edit it out in my original post.

Look at his join date, I doubt he just started an account in 2009 to react to your post.

In all fairness, I have purchased several times from him. The last time I thought it was lost in the mail and it ended up being the mail man forgot to leave the key for the large box in my mail box.

He responded quickly and professionally to my inquiry right away.

You are right on the join date yes. Good for you that dorksidetoys came through for you, he did not for me. But please don't interfer in the discussion as stated in the opening post:

Same situation I bought a Cobra Officer from them back in mid-June after waiting a whie the seller told me he moved and forgot to mail package after I reported it on 45 day wait. I then said screw it I want my money. They resent and I received it towards end of July, thinking I would change my mind and resend funds I just stamped a return to sender on them so that we were square.

Bad Buyer: eBay Member id cosmo-2004.

Buyer won 2 of my auctions. Even though I do not state in my auctions that I offer a discount on shipping if multiple auctions are won, after he receives my invoice he DEMANDS that unless I reduce the shipping rate by "several" dollars he says he will not pay. I replied back saying that the shipping for two 6 inch DC Direct figures is $11.00 and that includes delivery confirmation and I am shipping both figures together. He responds back saying I am not standing by what my auction says. My auction does NOT say I offer a discount on shipping but this buyer reiterated that unless I reduce my shipping by "several" dollars he refuses to pay. Well I don't respond well to threats and extortion. I replied that my auction says my shipping rates are non-negotiable and they if he refuses to pay, I will be taking appropriate action to recoup my eBay fees (filing a non-payment claim).

Keep in mind this all transpired hours after the auction ended this past Sunday. Well after my last response to him, he leaves me negative feedback for the items he REFUSES to pay for! This ignoramus messed up my 100% feedback and my 5 star DSR's. I have contacted eBay informing them of the negative feedback being left although the buyer refuses to pay and I have also filed non-payment claims for the 2 items. If you sell on eBay do yourself a favor and place this member on your blocked list ASAP!
