rrcruz94 pulled the same shit as in my post above on another auction of mine. This has happened to me 3 times in 3 days.

One of the worst sellers Ive had. Bought several small lots of used WWF Hasbro figures off her.

Asked to combine P&P, three times she combined the invoice but wouldnt knock any money off a combined $65 postage (postage cost was $20 max).

Eventually knocked $10 off and said I hadnt made my requests clear.

Item took 3 weeks to arrive, all figures were trashed and broken.

First claimed she stated used. Then said it must have happened in transit even though no parts broken off were in the package.

She argues every fact like a child caught out.

Shes still listing WWF figures, avoid.

I searched that name and a bunch of accounts come up with just a different # on the end, thats a little fishy haha

michael.collura here, I am disappointed in both your reply feedback to me in eBay as well as your comments here. You stated that you “just had a horrible experience with this guy”. I would like to point out that it was not such until after your emails responses. I was polite, patient and understanding with you all while having an item clearly not as described. I asked, on more than one occasion, that the name calling stop. I explained that I was unaware of your vacation and that we could still work this out and feedback could be revised. You were on the path to having this worked out and you decided to go on the offensive with me? That was not very smart, I did nothing here to deserve that. The photos as you requested were sent as promised this evening. I was never uncooperative, in fact it was you that were quick to resort to name calling and being aggressive. djinvasor and I spoke the other day. As it turns out this was one big comminication cluster. All is well and we have since actually agreed that the deal has worked out for us both. NO EXTORTION ever took place...that would have been just NotCool.

This one gracefulfabric bought an item off this person and the shipping went out on the 24th last month and its already the 6th of July no item no contacts. Did however go to Resolution Center and demanded a refund.

Just got a contact last night he apologized on account he moved from Maine to Pennsylvania over the weekend. He told both eBay and I he was going to give me the full refund for wasting my time and patience, well so far so good.

fast_fun_and_friendly_toys_and_collectibles this lardbutt screwed me over w/ a pre-pay figure. I have done pre-pay in the past and this is the 2nd time I get screwed over! Beware this shady character, just checked awhile ago and all the stuff for sale is gone and forgotton.

Good news not even a week that this guy ^^^ screwed me with a Zarana, ebay quickly gave me a refund!!! I am still short a SDCC Zarana but got my funds back!
