Well, haven’t heard anything and haven’t received anything.

I opened a resolution case with Paypal to see if the seller responds. If they don’t in the next week, I’ll kick it up to Paypal for review.

I’ve never gone through this process before.

Any pointers I should be aware of?

CB, the longer you wait, the harder it will be to recover your funds.

As you filed an "item not received" report, the seller now has 2 weeks to respond and to get your package to you (ie - a tracking number showing it shipped).

I'm very sorry to say, but knowing this guy's track record, it might be safe to assume that you won't receive anything :(

Hopefully Paypal will get his a$$ into gear. I had to do that on one auction and got a refund the next day. You might as well push it up to Paypal and let them start "reviewing" your case. Hope you get your money back.

This guy ripped me off under that boobookitty name for a pair of night raven landing gear covers. Funny thing is i won the same pair of covers off that timeless collectibles name not knowing it was the same person and i got the item in the mail. I was absolutely stumped when i found out it was the same person.
