I sold a mixed lot of loose and MOSC figures to this person. I listed the auction as “used” as most of the auction contained loose figures. I explained that only the MOSC figures were new. Well on Friday when I log into my account, I have 2 emails from this person as well as in a matter of minutes they went an opened an item not received as described claim before I even had a chance to respond to their emails. Now his first complaint was that 2 of the MOSC figures that were listed in the auction were not included in the auction. That’s totally on me as I just forgot to include them in the box. I apologized, explained they would ship out the next day (this past Saturday) priority mail at no charge to them as well as I stated I was throwing a few extra figures to help make up for my mistake. His other gripe however is a rant on how the loose figures have “glue” at the bottom of their feet. Well sorry tool but the auction condition is listed as “used” not new except for the MOSC figures. I told him he should have read the auction condition before bidding if that’s the case. He’s sending me emails AFTER I told him I’d be shipping out his other figures that I forgot to pack saying how “he will not be ripped off” and that “I want my items that I paid for NOW!”

Dude they went out priority mail, can’t get there any faster. I read his feedback and he’s had some complaints from buyers that he is misleading in his auctions, he sells items not as described, and blatantly gouges on shipping, yet this tool has the audacity to accuse me of selling an auction not as described?? All of you do yourself a favor and avoid eBay member “marvelstore81” like the plague. He is totally irrational, belligerent, hostile and insulting.

I would recommend staying away from Ebay seller: maslars . They sent me damaged goods in a beat up box and after trying to work with them and them stating that they would replace with better items, they sent me items in worse condition and got another $10 for S&H from me. They refused to give me a refund prior or even a partial refund. It is people like this that ruin the fun in collecting....STAY AWAY!!!!

File an "item received not as described" claim w/eBay. Based on your experience, they will surely side w/you and get you a full refund.

I just blocked a deadbeat buyer. yongwoo2009 bid on an item from me and emails me "can no pay item". Beware.

Beware of this seller: starworldbidder

He lists a TF Encore Cassettes as MISB. So when I buy it and receive the item I find that the seals on both sides of the box has been taken off. So I file a dispute with eBay and when eBay decides in my favor he sends the nasty email set forth below. Normally, if I'm able to get my money back I usually don't even leave any negative feedback but now this guy is going to get what he deserves. Some folks are just plain dishonest. I forwarded his message to eBay to address this inappropriate matter.

"What kind of Bull Shit are you trying to pull!!!???? I don't have opened boxes with any of my encore sets and in my history you would see that I purchased them from a dealer in So Cal as MISB....Never opened.....You damn fraud....you're probably going to beat the shit out of the boxes now and slice open the other MISB item so I take a loss........God Damn East Coast buyers."

Got my 2nd Lowlight for a friend today from eBay, missed getting on Sat. Post Office left dreaded yellow card. Just got back from there, the idiot had sent in a pseudo-Kentuncky Fried Chicken biscuit box. When I received it box was ripped bad in one part and carded figure was dented and bent. Luckilly my friend is an opener so I am glad he won't be dissapointed.

My Ebay blocked buyers.

Most are individuals who failed to pay, a couple are people who don't know how to use the 'Best Offer' button.

But (2) are rip off artists.

mmazz59 - Is a New York Attorney with a TV Show. He ripped me off for a 1960's GI Jeep Spot Light. He claimed the item was damaged upon receipt, and claimed he attempted to return the item but that the Post Office kept returning the package to him.

jgoldtoy, liquidroc, [email protected] are all the same person named Joseph Goldston of Drham, NC who runs a Ebay Store Golden Toy Palace under the user ID of Liquidroc. Mr. Goldston can also be found on Ratemyprofessor.com, he is a Professor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Mr. Goldston also appears to have some relationship with a Texas company Goldston Oil.

Mr. Goldston is by far the most insidious person I have ever dealt with on Ebay. He has repeatedly stolen, scammed and defamed from Ebay sellers. In most instances jgoldtoy makes the purchase, then on receipt attempts to coerce sellers into additional discounts/refunds. In all instances I have investigated Mr. Goldston leaves negative feedback and DSR's regardless of whether the seller complies with the demands. Once Goldston completes this treachery, he then re-list these same items, that he claimed were flawed, on his Ebay Store Golden Toy Store as 'MINT' items.

Another peculiar note of Mr. Goldston is that nearly all of the buyers at his Golden Toy Store have 'Private' feedback.

And what does Ebay think about it...........as usual, nothing.
