I should have taken a closer look at his feedback. When you look at the auction, his feedback is 216- 100%

When you look at his feedback profile tells a different story.

Looking at this now, it will be a lost call to contact the seller and Ebay.

Very true. I learned the hard way that the USPS idea of "oversized" is way below what UPS and FedEx considered oversized. I pretty much skip USPS for anything but the smallest of items. Their "if it fits it ships" boxes are a joke IMO for anything medium sized. Loose figures and loose small vehicles are the only thing I ship USPS anymore.

I dont know it depends on the weight. I want you to know that the item is not going to be mailed 1st class but priority and includes tracking. I will also need to buy the items for shipping and since I take public transportion also I need to add that to. Also the figure will be secured well for mailing. I will notify you when I ship out the item. Enjoy the figures and have a great christmas.

UPDATE: The seller cancelled my auctions and will refund my money.

Tried to last second snipe my auction a few weeks ago, but didn't win. I relisted another set at make an offer. He offered me x, then 8 hours later said he mistyped the amount. He then offered me x+y (that's right, he offered me MORE). I accepted the offer two weeks ago and never received payment. No communication. Nothing. This jerk continues to buy and sell with no repercussions. Buyer protection? What about seller protection? Again...
