Here's a crazy conspiracy theory for you. What if he sold you that yellow Stalker at $9.99 and then saw what he could get for it after you bought it. Now he's just waiting for you to request your money back so he can resell it at a higher cost.

Or I'm just off my meds again and what everyone else said above makes more sense. :\

Unfortunately, you are probably right. Some people don't honor their deals. I do hope we are incorrect and you get your figure in the mail very soon.

WildWeasel you could be right, after all there are people out there who will knowingly trick you...that's the way the world works sometimes. it has happened to me on there before as well.
But i would say eBay, for the most part is filled with honest traders.

That happen to me with the Gold Head Destro I bought it for a cheap price then waited 3 weeks and the guy told me he couldn't get a hold of one and that he was sending me my money back. Then a week later he had the same picture up and he was selling it for a lot higher of a price then what I paid for.

Happens all the time... one negative hit doesn't matter to them when $$$ is involved. Plus I remember him from the yojoe forums as being shady. It's hard to remember all of these weird sellers.

He'll probably claim the pic was a "stock" pic and wasn't the actual item. (Even though he mentions what you see is what you get.) I've had many sellers claim that before and there is nothing eBay will do... they got their cut from the auction, that's all they care about.

Have you checked to see if he relisted that figure after you bought it?

I had the bad time of dealing with him on spawn.com.He has been banned from roughly 9 diffrent toy boards for shady deals and just all around trolling

i've lost out on eBay, where i've sold things for way under what i paid...it happens. i've had to honor transactions even though i had come up in the loss section. i have ben contemplating not being a seller anymore because of all the losses and a lot of time don't even "break even".

but one thing is for sure, i've NEVER tricked anyone or pulled a shady auction tactic like that. that's why i try to out good pictures up and a detailed description. that way there are no disputes afterwards.

i've seen guys many times selling wave 3 "yellow" (at least in the pictures) Stalker's over the past 3 weeks, but when i email them, they all put the correct picture and revise their auctions. i know the damage is done, but you might want to email and inquire from minute one. if he doesn't reply, expect something to be off.

I've kept a close eye on his other auctions since this has closed. I haven't seen it reposted.

I expect the prices for the Yellow Stalker will start to settle down. (they already have) So I will wait a while and let the prices drop more then file with Paypal to get my money back.

It's not winning, but at least the longer I stall the more money he will lose.
