I treat people how they treat me and usually don't stoop down to lower level but if you believe you are being lied to and communication towards me is rude in the first place them a chump he/she is and that is my honest opinion, definitely not polite but again i don't take kind to smart a--es or rudeness. There was confusion in missing accessories and if someone needs to ask twice or three times ( If it comes to it ) so be it as long as communication is keep, great.

So I digress. I apologize for my rude behavior; I didn't think you even cared if I was happy with my business with you or not. I'm sorry to have come to Hisstank and made such a spectacle; I only wished to bring people's attention to it, but there were so many of your loyal customers here to defend you without considering my predicament. I do resent being labeled a thief, for I have probably done more online buying than many people on here, and I have never even come close to having a situation like this occur. Late shipping, missing items... that can be forgiven; however, I sometime felt you just weren't trying or didn't believe me. It's that simple. I never resorted to name calling, and I never threatened or asked for my money back, yet I received both. I'm just a sorry Canadian guy who wants a fucking missile launcher for a buddy's birthday is all. Furthermore, sorry to all the grock customers out there. I had hoped to find some more open minded people who could relate, but apparently I'm the only asshole who would have become impatient. More fool me. I suppose I just get profiled and labeled a lot, and I've begun to take it personally. For what it's worth grock, I actually don't hold any resentment. I don't feel you're shady or untrustworthy... you just have a short fuse, and you're a poor judge of character. You don't need to explain. I'm certain this incident hasn't hurt your business at all, as your prices are pretty good. I'm certain you even made a loyal buddy out there who received with his order my missing Missile set and two Night Creeper backpacks. So I'm sorry it came to this, and I'm sorry to everyone who took the time away from replying in other Hisstank threads like "My cat is in heat... what do I do?" and "I'm the new girl on the 'Tank" and other intillectually stimulating subjects, for you won't be getting any more out of me over this. Thank you to Shogi and the others (you know who you are) for viewing this openly, honestly, and subjectively. Thank you for those who have offered to sell me the stuff I was looking for, but really, I don't think I want to do business with anyone who doesn't have a lofty name like "AMAZON.COM" for a while. I didn't ever want this to turn into a 'who has more friends' contest. I just want to let this go and move on. P.S. grock: Thank you for being man enough to not leave me negative feedback. I don't expect an apology or anything, or for you to be able to find fault in yourself. Just a heads up that myself and a few others have fallen foul of an eBay seller named: phattertoys
I purchased 4 GI Joe Figures from the aforementioned seller, but delivery was not forthcoming and I received no response from email enquiries. A case has been opened with ebay so we shall see what transpires. It's the first negative feedback I've had to leave after 9 years of trading on ebay which I think is a shame. |

phattertoys ? that's surprising.. I bought Joecon Crimson Command Copter and Joe Con excls. 3 pack few months ago, he was so kind and we had a great communication.. I still contact him in Jan asked him about if he got any CS team chrome vipers. Hope your problem get solve soon man and hope he's alright and will clean all the messed.

Well, thank you Rulz that is interesting to know.
I am a little surprised myself as phattertoys had a very good feedback score up to a few weeks ago where it has since gone downhill big time. I'm being very cool and business-like about the whole thing, y'know: "never get angry, it clouds your judgement". And from what you said I hope there isn't anything wrong with the seller in question.
