Well, all things considered, I think we both had our reasons to be mad at each other. As for who started it, I can't really say. I never asked WHY it took so long to ship my stuff out, but rather, I just began to accept that that's just how you were treating my stuff; I always had confidence in you from the start, given your reputation and feedback. As you may recall, both times I paid within minutes of receiving my invoices.

However, when I felt you were taking a long time finding the lost items (I dunno how much stuff you have personally, but I bet my collection is bigger and I could find anything almost instantly), coupled with the long wait I had come to expect anyways, I guess I had enough. That, coupled by your confusion as to what I was missing, was the final straw for me. In person, I would have really exploded at you, but, thankfully for both of us, I was able to simply come across as rude by sayin' "capice," a fact which has actually become so retarded and talked about on here that it's almost embarrassing.

So I digress. I apologize for my rude behavior; I didn't think you even cared if I was happy with my business with you or not. I'm sorry to have come to Hisstank and made such a spectacle; I only wished to bring people's attention to it, but there were so many of your loyal customers here to defend you without considering my predicament. I do resent being labeled a thief, for I have probably done more online buying than many people on here, and I have never even come close to having a situation like this occur. Late shipping, missing items... that can be forgiven; however, I sometime felt you just weren't trying or didn't believe me. It's that simple. I never resorted to name calling, and I never threatened or asked for my money back, yet I received both. I'm just a sorry Canadian guy who wants a fucking missile launcher for a buddy's birthday is all.

Furthermore, sorry to all the grock customers out there. I had hoped to find some more open minded people who could relate, but apparently I'm the only asshole who would have become impatient. More fool me. I suppose I just get profiled and labeled a lot, and I've begun to take it personally.

For what it's worth grock, I actually don't hold any resentment. I don't feel you're shady or untrustworthy... you just have a short fuse, and you're a poor judge of character. You don't need to explain. I'm certain this incident hasn't hurt your business at all, as your prices are pretty good. I'm certain you even made a loyal buddy out there who received with his order my missing Missile set and two Night Creeper backpacks.

So I'm sorry it came to this, and I'm sorry to everyone who took the time away from replying in other Hisstank threads like "My cat is in heat... what do I do?" and "I'm the new girl on the 'Tank" and other intillectually stimulating subjects, for you won't be getting any more out of me over this. good gosh, man. that was beautiful. i really don't have time do create something like that, i have to get your Heetseek Missile set and two Night Creepers back packs in the mail today but how about sending me at least 10.00 bucks back to help with the shipping !!#@$#@! . so i'll keep mine short here. Thank you and i apologize as well. This sh-- gets stressful for me plain and simple. I do have a busy lifestyle for some reason right now ( mainly my other job killing me ), I do forget sh-- ( notes as someone suggested ) not often though and i know i have NEVER left out that many items before of an order BUT i know these things could happen and i do believe you. Sorry i overreacted just hard to determine sometimes who to trust out here and suppose the emails/messages is part of it and i do have a great judgment in character it's my whole living pretty much outside of ebayin' why do you think i have good customers/friends out here. I really am working on getting shipments out quicker, it does get tricky as sh-- for me. The weekends are sometimes my only times to knock it out so someone buying something on Monday hell i might not even get it/them out until Saturday, IT SUCKS i know and i'm saying it doesn't happens a lot but dammit it does like right now my a-- needs to be packing up not now but right now. I can't see how I/it took so long to get to as you say 3 weeks.. well that definitely sucks i apologize if it was me but consider customs involved, the fact that i don't get to having things shipped day after payment ( which i appreciate very prompt payment but i have waited as long as 3 weeks to 4 weeks for people it doesn't matter to me really ), which brings me to patience, i have a lot and guess i expect others to do as well but that is squashed, i will step up outbound operations somehow so that will not be an issue anymore, and work on double triple checking orders before they enter any system.

Just a heads up that myself and a few others have fallen foul of an eBay seller named: phattertoys

I purchased 4 GI Joe Figures from the aforementioned seller, but delivery was not forthcoming and I received no response from email enquiries.

A case has been opened with ebay so we shall see what transpires.

It's the first negative feedback I've had to leave after 9 years of trading on ebay which I think is a shame.

phattertoys ? that's surprising.. I bought Joecon Crimson Command Copter and Joe Con excls. 3 pack few months ago, he was so kind and we had a great communication.. I still contact him in Jan asked him about if he got any CS team chrome vipers. Hope your problem get solve soon man and hope he's alright and will clean all the messed.

I am a little surprised myself as phattertoys had a very good feedback score up to a few weeks ago where it has since gone downhill big time.

I'm being very cool and business-like about the whole thing, y'know: "never get angry, it clouds your judgement".

And from what you said I hope there isn't anything wrong with the seller in question. If there is a legitimate problem then hey, its only money and toys at the end of the day.
