I've won quite a few auctions from Canada and they've always taken more than 3 weeks to arrive even though they were shipped within days of auction end. I think it depends on what kind of postage was used or something, but for me, 3 weeks is the norm.

Hmm perplexing, i've dealt with him many many times and I'm in Australia. He's always been extremely professional and courteous.

3 weeks for him to send is quite bizarre, he's always been very quick. It takes 3-4 weeks sometimes to ship but he always sends it out as soon as the echeque clears.

Next time try GI Joes and more. He's great as well

There's also the fact that due to storms in the states shipping's been f@%ed all around. I got Hatchet to do some customs for me, and she shipped them out in Jan. We were both wondering what happened and she found out they were sitting at the border. You what's nice though? I trusted her, I sent her a message regarding it two weeks ago, and only heard back from her yesterday. I knew she was busy, though I was worried, I didn't flip out on her. She's getting them sent back to her, and then shipping them again, and you know what? That's more than fine with me. Sh*t gest f#@$ed, and people have lives. When stuff does go awry, it's usually an honest mistake, or out of that persons control.
With eBay it's the sellers that get screwed, the buyers have ALL the authority, which is unfortunate because crap sometimes does go wrong, and though the seller is honest, and polite, and seeks to fix the situation as quickly as possible they still run into buyers like you. Capice?

Calling someone a "chump" is neither honest or polite. Prowl should not have to ask more than once where the missing accessories are.

Capice is not a swear word. It can mean "yes" or "okay" or "are we in agreement" or "understand" in Italian.

He seems like a real dick.

Why order again if you were having issues?

Also, why would you use capice if you're not familiar with the meaning of the word?

Most times the word is used is to convey "okay" or "yes" in a sarcastic or rude tone. So that is probably why he got mad.

I'm a seller and a buyer on Ebay. It's one thing for something to take a few weeks to get to you and another for someone to take 3 weeks just to get it to the post office in the first place. I looked at this guys feedback and I've even bidded on somethings, it looks like this was a out of the norm thing for him. People are right though, why did you buy off of him again? I never buy off of people if something bothered me about our first transaction. I feel bad for you're dilema, but it's ebay and only you and him know exactly what happened.
I also complained about something once on here and no one defended me... I wouldn't come to the boards for sympathy, trust me, I know this from experience. Provide some proof that it took three weeks to ship and i'll have your back, but if you can't, just chalk this up as a learning experience.
