I got screwed by this guy too, I got 250 bucks of joes last month, and they are still yet to arrive, and now, the user got kicked off ebay, I made my claim but I dont think that I will ever get my money back.

I got the contact info from this guy today, so I will call him in abou an hour.

This post is in reference to a pack of cards I purchased from eBay member “tscardstore.” Don’t ever do business with this guy. When I got the cards from this guy they were not as described in the auction. The set was not complete and all the cards were bent and creased. I emailed him twice w/no response. So I left a neutral, not a negative, a neutral feedback. All of the sudden this guy is blowing up my cell leaving obscene messages, calling non-stop.

I call him back after I’m out of work and tell him to stop calling me or I’ll file harassment charges. He basically tells me where to go. So after that it comes to a complete stop..at least I thought it did.

I place a figure up on eBay and I get a bid from a member that has an almost identical screen name as mine! I click on his info page and he has my name and address as his info! He was using my identity on eBay! I immediately called him, and of course he did not answer his phone. I emailed him telling him he had to be the biggest low life to be trying to steal my identity..and you know what he says? He says to me that if you don’t want people using your info, you shouldn’t have it on the internet! I was like really? We’ll see how long that attitude lasts when I got to the police and file charges. He’s like here we go pulling the police threats.

Well later that day I did go to my local police station and filed a report. The officer who took my report contacted this low life, and needless to say he was warned and told that if he did not cease from any further activity using my identity, formal charges would be filed. I also contacted eBay and they removed the profile he made using my identity.

So whatever you do please avoid this low life scumbag.

okidooki3: contacted me, he is very nice and kind, he sounded very legit, and it seems he had a real problem, so I recommend you to call him if you had a problem, I am sure he will take care of it.

I will keep you posted upon arrival of the items anyway.

I would strongly suggest that you add Nocamed to your blocked bidder list. This guy is from France. He took a week to pay and only did so AFTER I opened a NPB alert with Ebay. He then emails asking me why the shipping was so high. My auctions clearly state that International shipping is anywhere from $25-$45 for Priority. I REFUSE to budge on this issue and would rather not make the sale than deal with a headache later on because I don't have insurance or a tracking number on the package. I gotten taken once for that from a loser is Quebec and it won't ever happen again. What's that old saying

So he FINALLY pays and FINALLY leaves feedback today. But then he goes and shoots my star rating to hell and knocking me down to a 4.7. I told him that you can clearly see by the label the cost of shipping and what I charged was the same. Not my fault that you can't read.

Save yourself the headache and block him now. Otherwise your ratings might suffer like mine did.

He sent me an email today after winning my auction saying that he does want the item. Now I have to open a dispute with ebay and this was my first time selling something on ebay.

Things like this make me not want to sell on ebay.

Watch out for Ken The Alchemist. He takes your money, doesn't ship your item then claims it's "lost in the mail"
I checked his feedback and he's done it to others too.
I've had to file a paypal dispute to get my money back!

he told me he was in a car accident so I was understanding.
On the eve before payment is finally due he tells me his mother died.
I don't know if I believe these stories since I've heard stuff like this from people before.
Then he had the audacity to leave me negative feedback saying I was joking about his situation which was no where near the truth.

The guy has the worst attitude, he's unprofessional, insulting and I would recommend caution in dealing with him. Customer service is not tops on his list, this also was verified by one of his employees when I called the store number. Basically it's his way or the highway.
