Amakusa666's Ebay Auctions
It provides everyone enough time to make payments so I can ship most,if not all, in one sitting. If it was just one or two transactions, or forum related, then Id mail out sooner, 1-3 days after. It just depends on how much is sold and has to be packed. On that last batch of TG16 auctions I had around 18 items listed and sold so I had alot of packing to do. Also, I give winners of auctions 5 business days to make payment. I don't count weekends against them, nor demand instant payments like some sellers do.

Im a single father of 2, Im not sitting around knitting and eating candy 24/7. I dont have all day, every day, just to go back and forth blowing gas and adding wear and tear to my car, to USPS to drop packages off all week long. Just because you pay on monday night does not mean Ill be heading to USPS Tues morning bright and early. I have other responsibilites too besides shipping out stuff I sold.

5-7 days is not the greatest time frame for some, but its typically the same one most go by that I buy from too. I hardly ever run into a person that ships sooner then 5 business days. No one else that won any of my auctions had a problem with the shipping times, infact they left feedback along the lines of fast shipping, ect, typical positive feedback.

In that regard, if anyone does have a problem with the time frame I state in my auctions, in caps where it can be seen, then they have zero business bidding on my auctions to begin with. Its not like I just snuck in that policy on them after they won. Its listed on all auctions I hold, in the auction details. They are already setting themselves up for disappointment, and neither they, nor I, need problems like that. If they want said item sooner, then they can just as easily buy from the guy who states faster shipping times. But buying from the guy who states from the get go 5-7 days, and expecting them to ship in 1-3 days is moronic in the least, and asking for trouble at the most, esp after you fuck with their feedback ratings or badmouth them just because they stuck to their own policy clearly stated in the details.

Let me ask you a question, if you sold something, would you like to get paid right away or have to wait 5-7 business days after the auction ended? Or if you won something, would you rather get that item earlier or later? So my point is here is that buyers want their stuff as soon as they can get them. Typically, sellers would ship 1-2 days after payment in my experience.

From my perspective, when I sell something whether here at Hisstank or eBay I try to provide the best possible service to my customers. So I always ship the item the next day or the day after and I email them with a tracking number. But I always would email the customer after the auction or sale has been completed, thanking them for their business and telling them when the item would ship and that a tracking number would be provided when available.

It makes sense that if you are mailing a lot of items that they would be delayed by some days. But I recommend notifying the customer after the item is sold or won that the shipping is going to be delayed and tell them the reason. Why? Because it's good customer service. With all the fraud happening on eBay, a lot of customers easilly get antsy. I typically would email the seller if I don't get the item after a week.

Not every customer is going to read the fine line in any agreement (i.e. credit card agreements). So it's always good to remind them of the key points such as when the item is going to be shipped and a tracking number so that they don't have to worry.

That's not the point, though - the point is that he clearly stated in his auction what the shipping time would be. He told them up front. Whether or not the buyer wants or expects it sooner doesn't much matter.

Wouldn't that cover it right there?

My point is that some people may not have read the fine details concerning shipping and are going to get impatient. So as a seller, you need to remind them ahead when the shipping is going to happen and a tracking number so that that person doesn't feel bad about it. (most businesses outside of eBay that I buy online do) At the end of the day, it's a customer service issue. This is not to say that the seller is at fault. I'm just suggesting a way to prevent this type of event from reoccuring.

Sellers, here is my list of blocked bidders. I won't go into detail on every one, but these are either non payers or people that have filed false claims on me and stolen product. Please PM me your list and I may add them to my list as well, I'd appreciate the heads up for sure.

Bad ebay seller ethanwilly, avoid! I bought a lot of 4 MOC 25th Joes (Foils of Snow Job, Beach Head, Scarlett & Duke(Wave 4) from him and paid with PayPal. Never recieved items or email from seller ethanwilly and had to file a complaint with PayPal and escalate to a claim. Finally got my money back from PayPal.

I noticed just before the auction I won ended, seller cancelled all of the remaining auctions before they ended. I was going to bid on a couple more of their auctions and I'm glad I didn't get to before they cancelled them.

Bad eBay Buyer, mightychinaski. Clicked "Buy it now" on a lot of Special Mission: Brazil figures I had on eBay.

The very next day the buyer contacts me to tell me that he's having "trouble with his PayPal account/Bank" (sigh...will this one ever get old?) and that he'll pay me by Wednesday (tomorrow).

The Buyer just contacted me to advise that he's still having trouble paying for anything and would like to cancel the auction....

Meanwhile, and funny enough, he's purchased and PAID FOR another auction...so I guess his financial trouble is just paying for what he's purchased from me.

The Lesson? Don't click BUY IT NOW when you have no intention of paying. It's a waste of everyone's time.

I haven't been reading this thread for awhile so I'm not sure if this seller was posted. actionfigurextreme has the worst communication I have ever seen. Some might know him as the guy who you would pre-order city strike SE. I bought this and a night adder well over a month ago. Tried contacting him at least 5 times without an answer. Opened a case. Anyway save yourself the time and headache.

Bad Experience with Ebay Seller : 5hours
I've bought lot of 3 vehicle in a bid, the seller told me that the ship cost will be based on the weight, later on he said after he stopped at the post office it will cost $75 for that items I won at $20.51. Because I thought its the real rate after he stopped and weight it at the post office so I paid him that amount.
But when the package came, its only $37.75 ship cost on the postage, and he mark up the items value in the declare form to $75 (not $20.51 !), which cost me another $18 import tax bill when I should not got it for items with value under $50 here in my country.

those things I won by a really good score, but that's gotta be my luck, I put a high max bid on them but won it low.. maybe he's kinda regret to sold them with that amount so he overcharged me in s/h, dunno, just a thought...

Have reported this to Ebay and paypal for over declared customs value and excessive shipping, also a negative feedback for him.

he refused to partial refund the over paid and said that I've agreed on it. Hell yeah he was said that he got that rate after he stopped at the post office, have no choice except to trust it. He send me the tracking number but never mentioned the real ship cost until I found out myself when its arrived.. cheater..!
