I have had a bad experience, after buying an RAH Airborne from ebay seller "gray---fox" weeks passed and never got the item, i send two e-mails (each a different month) trying to contact him and nothing. i already gave up my money and of course the figure.

so beware.

Bad experience with tdd101978. This is the guy who sent me 45 pictures of what I'd get if I won the auction and then revised the auction a day before it ended so that I wouldn't get much of what was in the pics (82-86 figures) without informing me or anyone else he sent pics to.

Everyone's been getting ripped off on ebay in recent days. I had several non paying, no communication buyers. We can't even leave negative feedback to protect others. Not good.

I agree, not good at all...but for those that have not been up there in a while they are undergoing serious changes to their policies. There is a new number that is pasted all over the place on the pages that urge buyers to call them (Not Paypal) if they have been ripped off in any way shape or form. Thank goodness for it or I would have been screwed 3 times in a row by 3 different sellers.

In regards to ebay member Skeletor1984.

This guy skeletor1984 won a TG 16 game from me awhile back. Soon after paying (2 and a half days later) got impatient and wondered why I had not sent him tracking info. I politely pointed out as stated in the auction details, shipping occurs within 5-7 "business" days of when payment is made. This was stated clearly in all caps in the auction, very hard to miss. He paid late at night on the 28th of June, a Sunday. His items shipping was printed off/paid for, and dropped to USPS mail slot on the afternoon of the 4th of July. Basically 5 and a half days after he paid. Due to holiday and USPS being closed, basically you could say after 4 business days since holidays are excluded from business day calenders. Even though it was a holiday weekend I made sure to get the guys package in the mail along with everyone else's so they wouldn't have to wait too long. USPS was closed and didn't even touch the stuff till after Sunday, but still, at least it was there and in their system.

This guy regardless of all this, left me this feedback :"Came as described but information about shipping was a little misleading"
He also down rated really low the shipping related star ratings. Hes the only person to complain out of all the people who I shipped stuff to from that big TG sale, regardless of the shipping time being clearly stated. After his item was shipped on the 4th it was delivered on the afternoon of the 8th. Id say that was pretty fast all things considered, given the holiday situation. He paid $4.00 in shipping. I spent around $5.50 after shipping cost and packing and along with the down rating of my shipping time he even down rated my shipping and handling charges. Everyone elses feedback was great but this guys. Anyway, to get to the point. I am wondering if anyone knows who he is. If so, is he from here? Id like to know, so that I will know his id and avoid the member in the future when I sell items on the sale threads.

Why do you need 5-7 business days to ship an item that has already been paid?
