He sold some stuff and never shipped. Just look at his feedback score. Then get this.....He tells me he will not ship because I left him a negative. Had to file a claim.

He sent me this message today.

Dear nerdsgetchicks,

I shipped 16 packages this week but not yours since you left
neg. Feedback. Think what you want but you could of just
relaxed and waited and understood. I haven't had a issue with
any other buyers.

I've had a similar situation before. In my case filing a dispute with paypal never had any result. Paypal deemed me the winner of the dispute, yet the seller never reimbursed me or sold under that name again. Shame.

Sorry brother, but you couldn't be more wrong about that. I sold something and the buyer filed a claim for "item not as described" just days before the time alloted to do so, and didn't contact me so I could just deal with it. I was ruled in the wrong, but he was instructed to return the item, which he never did. So I ended up winning in the end, but it was not an automatic win for me.

Recently i purchased what should have been a never opened, mint on sealed card gold painted BAT trooper from clubgirl72bingo.

What i got was not sealed, not painted properly and has a white hair in the bubble.

These are me photos, the ones in the listing where not this good.

The seller denies everything and wont give me the address for return.

I opened a paypal claim and said its a fake and why and also said i dont want to pay for sending them back, so the seller can keep some of the money because there was 2 other figures with the order as well.

The seller escalted the claim. I did not that could happen.

I phoned paypal and old told them how unsatisfied with their service i am and that i was not able to submit photos.

Paypal is still tying to decide after 3 weeks. I told them if they dont give me my money back i wont take paypal payments anymore.

First off I never heard of a gold B.A.T. being officially released by Hasbro during this current Anniversary line. Second if it was indeed "painted" that means it was a custom and could never be mint on card. The figure had to be opened, painted, and then resealed. I see nothing wrong with that if you wanted a gold B.A.T. because that's the only way you are going to get one. The guy could have just did a better job resealing the figure like the members on here who do a great job with their custom carded figures.

I would be more upset with the white hair if I was you. That is just nasty. I could see if the hair came as an accessory packed with a Dr. Mindbender figure because he could use the DNA in it to create another being like Serpentor, but that's about it. On second thought maybe our ole bald headed doctor friend could clone that hair and make himeself one hell of a hairpiece...LOL!
