Here we go with my sad story:

Back in June (beginning of the month) I placed 4 pre-orders for the SDCC exclusives (all 3 joes and the MOTU) from the same seller on eBay (msleaner who was a power seller) I paid with paypal $199 cnd Including shipping (whos was not that bad since I'm in Canada and so on). July 29, I did receive a shipping notice that 1 of the 4 pre-orders was ship. I sent at least from that date until now around 6 emails asking if it was really ship ? If it was only 1 item who was ship or I received only 1 confirmation but they all be in the same shipment?.........No answers. I wrote to eBay but they can't do nothing since he is now as a Not registered user. I'm still waiting from an answer from Paypal but don’t expect too much from them.


From the date I received my shipping notice the feedbacks from this seller went up by 200 in about 2 weeks. I was, ok cool at least he is shipping all the items ( who ere almost all SDCC exclusives) so that’s why he probably don’t have time to answer my emails. But when I start to see on the feedbacks that people received their items in Thailand / Germany and New Zeeland I was ok, that guy just run away with my money.

First time in 4 years such a thing happen on eBay.

Don't let tooblet_2425 bid on your auctions! He gave me a negative and a neutral because, "gi joe was half othentic" and, "compelty fake wasnt told that it wasnt othentic"...and hes talking about two ARAH joes. I guess I dont know which are "othentic" since I sell hundreds a week...what a loser, block him before he buys some of your not "othentic" joes.

Can't remember if I posted it here in this thread but block 1970si. He has aa habit of leaving negative feedback for every seller for "overcharging on shipping" even when it is less than $5 and clearly stated in the auction.

that doesnt make any sense to me.I looked at both those figures and they both look "othentic" to me.

Whats up with the guy that leaves you 3 negs saying "Item is NOT the one in the PHOTO SHOWED. NOT HAPPY with the deal." and then 1 positive saying "Item as photo showed, super-fast shipping, thank you." whats wrong with ebay people

I had a transaction with him for £56.46 where i won under one of his shill bidding accounts kakindafleet the other shill bidding account he had was moonmonkey_2001 he now leaves his bidding private even though i have reported it!


I first realised what was going on when i won 57 figures from kakinda fleet and his paypal address is the same as his when i won something from toyboxbargains! That's how i knew it was the same guy with both accounts and when i went onto goofbay i typed his user id in and all his stuff he had sold was being offered as second chances i reported it to ebay and they suspended him for 30 days but here he is again being allowed to list and shill bid like he did before but now he is hiding ids so he thinks it can't be reported. The other accounts are now defunct but i am sure he has more if he has done it once he obviously is going to do it again and this time we can't check the id's good old ebay eh sorry about the rant but thought you should all know.


AS you can see his email for the shilling account/scammer account was the same as one of his old id's!

I would like to thank everyone who has come to my defense in this situation. It is this simple. He did not pay when he said he was. I give 2 weeks, more time than anyone on Ebay, and gave him 20 days, then 3 days with no emails while he was supposedly attending to a sick family member.
He then sent me harassing emails when I opened an unpaid item dispute and acted outraged and surprised. He then basically said I am going to leave you negative feedback. Well, since you did not pay within the alotted time-period of 14 days, I refunded your money and thought I was down with you. More emails and now I find out you are badmouthing me in Forums under bad seller? Unbalanced individuals like you are why I am leaving Ebay the end of this year.
In my defense he had "trouble" with 6 other Gi Joe Sellers and left them negative feedback. I talked with 2 of them and we all agree that something is not quite right with Jeremy here. And I am talking some sort of personality disorder, anger management, or maybe you just think that you can hold feedback hostage in order to get what you want like a 3 year old.

It is known that a verbal commitment is binding though. In addition it is strange that grepdogg is banned at the yojoe site for whatever the reasons are. I am currently banned on YoJoe because the ADMIN, Terry, and I have a disagreement on intellectual property, internet pictures regarding WARDUKE, nothing related to Gi Joe. He made it personal and his friend, another Admin decided to "ban" me. We both have strong beliefs on this matter and netiher will budge, he also a GI Joe seller so bad pub for me makes good for him and his cronies.

I believe that YOJOE.com is a great resource for the community, the Forum on the other hand is a good ol boy network and I am not a good ol boy.

I do not not misle or mislead anyone regarding my auctions, the title is an attention getter. This is another point that some will always disagree on, but I refuse to write 98.9% OR 95%. I take at least 10 pics per picture and take the time to write a detailed description.

For someone who calls himself a "reverend", you seem to have no problems casting judgment, being combative and taking no personal responsibility for your actions. I consider this isssue over and request that the admin end comments regarding disagreement between me and this person over and done with.
