Has anyone done any business with this seller on ebay?

I purchased a yellow Stalker for $9.99 BIN and I have yet to recieve it nor have I heard from him/her. I sent 3 emails and no response.

Some of their other auctions that were sold at the same time as mine are just getting feedback so I still have some hope....kinda.

At what point would you suggest I call it quits and contact Paypal?

I think i put a thread in the wrong section, thus it was deleted. I asked if anyone had any dealings with a seller, with a sketchy account to avoid being shammed, and it disappeared.

I know some people have claimed to have bad dealings with him (check earlier threads). Da_last_2_walk was a member here but I think recently got banned. Also some of the people who complained about him were banned. I think. So who knows? He seemed to be rather a jerk, but "da_last_2_walk" is still listed on ebay as a member.

Interestingly enough, if you read his ME page on Ebay, he recounts a story about how he got "scammed" out of a triple win MOSC Destro. Of course, he was participating in a transaction outside of Ebay so what did you expect?

Well, look at his feedback-seems he's quite ok with scamming Ebay and avoids paying fees by selling AFA graded Transformers and GI Joes with $0.99 best offers.

Why do i totally believe that? I know of someone he scammed from an offline deal, and someone here was also taken. I guess the only thing to do is to spread the word to all members to avoid this guy at all costs.
