So i buy a cobra trooper red. shows up with no knife. No big deal. Ask her to send knife. She says she will and didn't do it intentionally. Fine. Knife never shows. So I file dispute w/ paypal. Now she says there was no knife b/c picture in listing didn't show outside of trooper's left leg ( he was bent and kneeling). What a joke. I hate ebay.

He does not read item descriptions and gives sellers bad feedback cause he can't read.
Add him to your "blocked buyers" list.

This guy had over 500 positive feedback.. Ebay Power seller.. over 99% feedback.. everything looked good..

well, I won an auction.. bought a few other things off him to make it well worth the shipping.. overall paid over $100.

days, weeks, months go by with nothing... he responds to my first emails saying that he;s sorry he was sick with the flu.. all good right?!? I mean.. he is a power seller with good feedback scores.. so I give him the benefit of the doubt..


lately..I read his feedback scores & it looks like the last 15 ro so are all negative with similar complaints.. this guy just straight disappeared or something.. who knows..

well now I feel like an @$$ because it's been so long that I can not file a dispute.. I will contact ebay tomorrow.. but.. just suxxxx...

The same thing has happened to me just not with multiple items. It sucks waiting sometimes getting a responce in vain just long enough to keep your hopes up to let the dispute time run out. That part of the feedback system has failed us. My solution to the Ebay monster has been to cut it's head off. I spent $3000. one summer on toys on ebay. It got outta control. I'm trying to get back into trading with fellow collectors. I know I have tons of things I consider extras. Everyone else probly has the same. It can take longer and I can still get burned but it's a start.

Sorry to hear that but I give nobody the benefit of the doubt. Even with power sellers I give them 2 weeks and then I"ll send them an e mail letting them know politely that in my past dealings I can't trust no one and that I will be putting a dispute up until it arrives. Some are pretty Ok about it but some give me a little crap about it but then they understand where I come from... NEVER GIVE ANYONE A BREAK IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE. As far as you and I know it could be some little old lady sitting on the computer making this shit up. Hey you never know I could be a little old man playing with gijoes... Good Luck with that....

It's hard not to feel that way but I feel that, that kind of thinking/attitude may perpetuate the shiftyness of Ebay/trading. I can't walk into every situation thinking I'm gonna get screwed. I under stand being cautious and covering your back. Ahmen.

people just need to have Severe penalties for screwing people over...

After the first offense they should have thier accounts suspended..

The second offense they should be fined..,

Third and Final Offense they should have thier paypal accounts SEIZED and TERMINATED Indefinatley

that would take care of the problem... w/o fail.

Maybe then these assholes would get the point
