I know you can trust some people on there, but on any given day anyone can end up on that list of bad sellers. I don't want to be the buyer when the seller makes the list...

I do alot of buying from Eaby. If it wasn't for Ebay, i wouldn't have near the number of 25th figures that I currently own. I purchased from Timeless_Collectibles and sent numerous emails to her without response. Finally, I recieved my figures. My brother had the same problem before I dealt with her. She even left him a neg. feedback when all he did was complain he hadn't recieved his items. It's BS. For the most part though, I've had great success buying and selling.

Stay away from Ebay member 'roguetrader' at all costs!

I supposedly pre-ordered Wave 5 through him on 12/9/07 and he kept telling me all the way through the beginning of January that he hadn't received his cases yet.

Then after hounding him for another week (by now they had been out for some time), he told me they should be shipping at the end of the week. Guess what? I never received them. Then I proceeded to email him 3 separate times and never received a single reply. He has totally disappeared and now the time has expired for me to file a dispute with Ebay!

OMG, I feel like a total idiot for falling into this trap. So now I am out a Wave 5 (which I can't find anywhere in Portland area stores) and $37 bucks! What a creep!

Apparently he doesn't sell anything normally because he has no seller feedback (what was I thinking?), but he has a 100% buyer feedback, so if you sell items on Ebay - DO NOT SELL TO HIM!

Son of a b*tch. Anyone got a cheap Wave 5 to sell a total retard?
