Glad she finally reached back to you. I agree. She should've used more tact and honestly should've been more patient with you. Patience is key with most of everything. The entitlement of ebay buyers these days is getting out of hand.

Shit man, sorry to hear you had to go through all of that, I know you've been trying to move the Shark for a while. Glad to hear the buyer met you in the middle, though. I haven't been as lucky in the past, myself. Some people are just bitter, I guess.

Another fun adventure in ebay:

Won an auction on a large lot of Joes. I went to check the tracking this morning as I was expecting the delivery today and saw it was intercepted. The seller stopped shipment and did not let me know before hand. He stated that his ebay account was locked and he could not get funds until the issue was resolved. Bear in mind I had already paid for the item but he decided to intercept the delivery to re-route back to him because ebay was not giving him the money.

I reached out and he explained the situation which judging by his feedback was probably more his fault than anything else. I told him it's fine and I will just process my return once the time allows. As the day went on I got a little more annoyed with myself for not paying attention to his ebay feedback but moreso for the fact he saw fit to cancel a shipment that was 2 miles from my house and rightfully mine because I paid for the items. Anyways sorry for the rant but just figured it's a nice cautionary tale.
