I always ask how much the combined shipping charge will be before I place bids on multiple items. It's best to avoid surprises. As long as my stuff arrives safely, I really don't care if I get overcharged, as long as it's what I agreed to when I bid. Even if the packaging materials are recycled, time and gas for going to the post office shouldn't be charity work any more than a seller should charge exact postage without ever going over by a penny, which is how some naïve buyers feel about this topic. I always assume the seller adds a little in for eBay and PayPal fees, too, and there's nothing wrong with that, so long as it's part of a handling fee, rather than a surcharge, which is prohibited by eBay policy, and it's not excessive.

Having said that, $10.90 is totally excessive in C.I.A.D.'s case.

This is the reason I'm still a couple waves behind, people who don't really know what they're doing just guessing a shipping price. Luckily I have found a few sellers who only charged between $4 or $5 for the first figure + $0.50 for each addition figure. They are hard to find, but there are some low shipping/handling prices out there.

I won a carded 25th figure for .98, the shipping was $7.50.
I asked the seller to please box it carefully, since I was paying that much for shipping. He replied that he would.
I got it today smashed in a BUBBLE MAILER with postage of $1.47!
I sent him the standard po'd email. We'll see if he bothers to reply.
It's these kinds of people who leave retaliatory negative feedback, and I'm always glad to take it.

I purchased three figures from timlesscollectibles. It took quite awhile to recieve the items. I resorted to Paypal threats and suddenly I recieved my items. My brother wasn't so lucky. He got his items after two months and recieved a neg feedback from her.

The worst that ever happend to me was I sold an Arcade Board to a guy in France for Hundreds of dollars. Shot version: He claimed he never got it and Paypal sided with him. I was out the $ and the Arcade Board

I hate when people use bubble mailers to send figures! I got an '83 Scarlett in the mail that way a long time ago... it arrived as dust, literally, Scarlett-colored dust.

this low-life scumbag ****** bought a lot of 3 MARVEL gi joe comics. i personally package and ship every item i sell carefully and document them.

this degenrate claims he "only got one"....

the lengths some people will go through to scam another or just probably want to ruin my account. i have the receipt which shows the weight of the cardboard envelope (the weight will slightly differ from 1 to 3 comics) as proof i did send them.
i have seen that name before and i'm wondering if he posts here.

I just thought I should warn everyone about this scammer. I pre-ordered a Ligions box set and a set of Wave 2 in early September (auction stated items would be in stock mid-September) nothing ever came. On November 3rd, I emailed him asking about my order....he told me the Legions set had just arrived and my order would be shipped out the next Monday (Nov 5th), still, nothing came. I emailed him again on December 14th to let him know nothing had arrived, he told me he would send replacements.....he didn't. Finally, I emailed him 3 days ago letting him know nothig had arrived and that I would be filing a complaint with the Internet Crime Compaint Center if I didn't recive my order or a refund...he still hasn't replied.

So, avoid this piece of $h!t at all costs. Just look at his recent feedback.
