My thoughts: he claims it's all mint and sealed and the only thing missing is the megaphone. Buyer protection is strong on eBay and if it's not as advertised a SNAD case will fix you right up. Just photo document (or video record) the unpacking and unboxing for peace of mind in case he wants to claim you're scamming him.

If you have the funds and the desire and if you like the price ASSUMING THE DESCRIPTION IS ACCURATE then I say proceed while covering your butt.

I decided to read back a page or so and saw this. I'd just like to add a counter-point: I recently purchased through this seller myself, and not only were the prices I paid per figure well below average (He actually made it possible for me to piece together an NM '84 Firefly for less than $35), the seller voluntarily offer free shipping over $60, shipped extremely quickly/securely and was spot on with the descriptions. .

I don't mean to discredit or take away from the original post, but I had to say something- this seller is one of the few I've encountered this year that actually warranted positive feedback and potential repeat business.

I specifically state in my auctions that I am shipping in bubble mailer if that's my plan. If it was a MOC or MIB item though, I will ship it in a box.

Hate to do this but I had some issues. with Tanker Wojo1974 aka Adam Wojociechowski from chetek, WI had a trade agreed upon I sent my end and never received his. He sent me some excuses claiming to be caring for his injured Mother. I told him ok just let me know when you can get them out. It now has been several months and he is completely ghosting me and refuses to respond to my messages. BEWARE JOE BROS THIS DUDE WILL ROB YOU AND BLAME IT ON HIS MOM.

I bought a 1983 Major Bludd MOC from him( expensive). He sent an almost 40 year old rare figure in a bag. A bag. I can’t make you realize how much damage this jewel turned trash took.

It’s a shame.

Yeah I do too. I only ship loose figures, under $25 in value, non vintage, in mailers and always state so in the listing.

Heads up guys! Watch out for mygoodstuff11 on Ebay. He made me a generous offer on something that I was selling. I accepted the offer. Then he messages me asking me if he sends me an additional $300 plus another $50 for my troubles, that I would go to the store and purchase a $300 gift card. Take a picture of the card number and send it to him and ship it to his friends address then he'll release the funds.
