I'm adding cheezit_champion to this list. Bought 3 fss figs off him but never shipped them. Gave me a bogus tracking number to boot. Maybe it's my fault for not looking at his feedback which is super low.

Opening my 1st Non Paying Bidder case. Sent invoice and 2 emails after auction ended and buyer has never responded or paid.

What is it with deadbeat buyers this year? I've been on eBay for more than a decade and in that time I haven't had more than a handful of BS cancels/late payments. This year it's literally been every other transaction. Dealing with one right now.

Not to mention that the his custom Joe figures that he sells are as ugly as sin......seriously, look at them. Yikes.

Looks like Octavious Johnson aka ocarristore1 has closed up shop. Either that or Ebay shut him down. He is no longer a registered user nor is does he have any items for sale. It must have happened within the last 30 days as he has 0 feedback during that time. He most recent feedback includes negatives from last month (September 2017). I can't say i'm surprised. Who knows if he has set up shop under a new name on Ebay.

Yeah that about sums it up. It's also been a crazy year for deadbeat Chinese sellers. I just had a fight over the phone with ebay. On why I should have to wait over a month to even open a case for not receiving what I paid for. The seller no longer has anything listed, has went for a 100% rating to an 90 with over 30 negative for the same issue in less than two weeks. Yet according to ebay the seller could still be in the shipping process WTF.

Yeah, it's been like that FOREVER with the inability to leave negative buyer ratings, but I haven't really had many problems until this year. I haven't had issues with Chinese sellers (YET) because I only use a couple that I've been using for years.

But the US buyers have become a bunch of deadbeats OVERNIGHT.

Yes, me too. I've heard everything from Hurricane to whatever.

The biggest problem is that eBay has no competition. If there was another platform out there that protected the sellers a lot better, then they would fix a lot of these problems with these terrible buyers.

Yep at this point I think I've learned my lesson and I will go back to another seller I previously delt with. He tends to be slightly more expensive But I'd rather spend the 10 or 15 extra bucks than deal with BS.
