With over a decade on eBay, the crap shoot of buying and selling, I have had a limited number of issues and gratefully even fewer mistakes made. With thousands of deals it is unavoidable to not have some issues. This tire and the item not being complete is 100% on me and I owned it. If that earns me a "black mark" so be it. It happened, it was not intentional and I have repeatedly held out to communicate with me to resolve it. That effort after the fact should be considered for my and all those that may receive feedback. Xerofall and I will work this out, or not, but I do not know you Grizzly and I do not appreciate the ugliness which you intend to smear my name. To call me a "bully" is a joke. Everything in y communication with Xeroffall, which they thankfully shared here, shows that I owned the mistake. Hardly a bully to want to correct the issue and request a feedback revision. that is what the system is in place for.

Xero and you will work this out? There's nothing to work out. You received feedback that the Buyer felt represented the transaction. Bottom line. Take care.

This is from 2011! Really? I probably had 1,000 purchases since then. Nothing is "different, I owned the error on the listing, why is that an issue?
Not trying to just defend myself I am also trying to resolve an issue that I did cause the mistake on. Guess doing the right thing and trying to communicate is looked down upon by others huh? |

Not playing any "victim" here, in fact in plain and simple English I own the mistake and offered to correct it. Waste your time cyber stalking my name, not really sure if the few issues over 10 years are worth the effort, but hey its your time to waste.
Xerofall, the item listing clearly says I stand behind the listing 100% and offer a full refund and I volunteer to pay all return postage. That speaks much more to my character and selling practices then a few posts and google searches. and before anyone goes digging into this more and wants to agaain create more of an argument, yes it says the following:"I am willing to refund/ exchange your purchase (minus S/H if applicable) if you are not satisfied." The reason for the "minus S/H if applicable" applies to listing where FREE shipping is offered and no refund of original postage is due since none was paid. |

Or better yet, you'll somehow explain the part you've been ignoring this whole time, where you didn't ship his package UNTIL he filed an item not received claim against you.
