Bought a custom figure from me, the day it arrived requested to return it, claimed "purchase by mistake". How do you 'accidentally' buy a custom figure, pay for it, and then wait for it to arrive to decide you don't want it? Avoid him, he's obviously an asshole.

This guy had the gall to ask for a refund for shipping because I sent an AFA figure priority and he received it in 4 days instead of 2 during Cyber Week an obvious peak period of shipping. He is claiming it is my fault not the post office and I should refund him the $12.99 shipping costs.

He actually wanted me to go to the Post Office and get a refund because it was 2 days late even though priority mail is not a time guarantee service and then refund him his shipping costs lol.

Be careful if shawdentle_9 bids on your auctions. He has 100% feedback and bought a Star Wars Speeder Bike off me. I just got a notice from Paypal that he filed a chargeback claim stating that he never authorized the transaction. Cause I live in Canada, if I charged for tracked shipping on Ebay, nothing would ever sell cause Canadapost charges so much.
Now I'm at the mercy of the credit card company as I don't think Paypal will protect me as there is no tracking number. I only have proof that I shipped the item.
He also bought at least 2 other Star Wars items from others in that time period too including a Biker Scout.

How does one block someone from bidding on your auctions by the way?

That stinks. Thanks for the heads up. If you scroll to the bottom of your eBay page, you'll see a link that reads "site map". Click on that. Then look for "Block Bidders/Buyers" and add his name.

I won a MOC Kenner figure from him and paid $81.00 plus $7.00 shipping.

I revived my item shipped in a brown ENVELOPE!!!! Seriously WTF an envelope?? No padding no box but a figure that he shoved into this envelope.

To add insult to injury the shipping sticker was $2.94. So the seller lied about shipping and over charged me then was lazy and tossed it in a brown envelope and end result was a crushed figure. I emailed the eBay seller and explained my frusturation about being cheated on the actual shipping cost and that he shipped my item very poorly.
His response was he would refund the $2.94 shipping?????? I paid you $7.00 shipping an USPS only charged you $2.94

Contacted seller that he bought from on the same day he bought from me and found out he did the same to him so he's scamming Paypal.

Bought several TWD head shrinks from me a month ago,filed 4 item not received cases from him for full pop refunds including individual shipping!! I refunded partial before I shipped for combined shipping! Also supplied tracking,and the item was received!

First complaint was closed after resubmitting tracking,only to have 3 more opened up by him!!

The first submission on the eBay tracking got botched so who by eBay's system? It doesn't show tracking for some reason. I'm assuming buyer assumed I don't have it,and is trying to get something for nothing. Or it's a language barrier,and the buyer is just hitting the wrong buttons? Idk. Either way this kinda stuff makes me rethink selling my sculpts at all!

Avoid buyer going by the user name "marunda2020". He bought a MIB new, never opened cancelled RoC wave 3 Alpha Desert Rockslide ATAV US language version (not the ones that were available in Canada) for $6.99 on 12/12/15. After I shipped it out I refunded him $1.50 for overage on the s/h charges. I guess I shouldn't have been nice and honest like that because it must have upset him, almost a month later and now he opens an item not as described claim and this is his reason for wanting the return/refund:

"Return reason: Doesn't match description or photos
Comments: Dear Seller--The holidays are a busy time of the year. I finally got around to looking at the Desert Rockslide today. Upon examination, I have two questions: QUESTION ONE- Why did you refund $1.50 from the original transaction fee? Please provide an explanation. SECOND QUESTION- Why was Desert Rockslide listed as a new item when it is actually an opened item? Please provide an explanation. Upon today s inspection, it is clear that the merchandise was opened and assembled prior to shipment to me. The Desert Rockslide was assembled because decal number one and decal number two were already applied to vehicle. I must inform you that based on the misrepresentation of your merchandise that I will be requesting a refund."

Obviously, this guy has never seen any of the G.I.Joe boxed vehicles/playsets with the clear "viewing window" since what, at least 2007? I told him Hasbro applies stickers on the "window" side of vehicles and playsets so the potential buyer can see what the item looks like. He said I removed the item, assembled it and applied stickers #1 & #2 and then put it back in the box and said it was new never opened. I called eBay an they said not to worry about it.

Your usual bid it up late then cancel the order afterwards. I won't even take a bid from sellers that do that one time.

Same ole' ebay - sellers = evil buyers = angels.
