I can understand adding a little to help with gas, and materials but $7.00 for this?? What a tool.

No justifcation ... just greed.
If you need the part, write to him and offer to buy if he'll lower the shipping to a reasonable rate. Worst thing that happens is he says no and you're back to where you started and he lost a sale. |

Ya know, my knee jerk reaction is that he's just trying to avert ebay fees (which he may be trying to do) but let me play devil's advocate for a moment.
Priority Shipping: $5.05 Delivery Confirmation: $0.70 Ready Post Bubble Mailer: $1.29 TOTAL: $7.04 Now obviously, you can ship something like that for much cheaper by reusing a small box and sending it first class, but before we get outraged, let's look at the possibility that the seller is just factoring in the cost of supplies and ease of shipping priority (Even though he could get a free box using priority) |

I think priority starts at $4.95 for the small box. If Shogi shows up at my PO I'm going postal!

This was without factoring in any flat rate shipping services because I know how some sellers are stuck in their routine and won't change the way they operate. A flat rate Priority envelope is $4.90 |
