Well I just received my silver head Destro but the guy sent me my refund for the gold one because he said he couldn't get one. (Yeah Right) At least I got my money back with is cool because I was freaking out. Now I'm in the hunt for a Gold Head Destro.

he/she is lying. they can just say "we can't get you one" and refund your money. they don't care about you. they rather refund your 9.99 and put those same Gold-heads on eBay for 75.00. i bet a lot of people got their Destro's "cancelled".

they are going between $65.00 - $80.00 on ebay IF you can even find them on there.

i should have stocked up on that first day.

Well...in a world of scammers, I lucked out and found an HONEST seller.

I preordered a set through ebay seller "churchboy78", his ebay store is "POINT BLANK COLLECTIBLES".

After the Con, he emailed me to say that he only had GOLD head versions...someone messed up and that was all he had. He offered me two gold, or one and a refund for half of the auction. (auction price was BIN of 44.99). I took the two gold as I knew the Gold was rarer.

So...there is still some honest sellers out there.

Not that I'm doubting that some sellers did back out of orders to only list them at higher prices.

Well yeah I know the bull$hit he pulled, but it's Hasbro that does $hit like this to. Why doesn't Hasbro do the whole Flag point system again? I know why, because they are stupid. I was watching SDCC issue #25 cover b on ebay go from $2.00 to where it ended at $67.00 I even bidded on it when it was at $50.00. It's all good I got it for $9.99 at the comic shop in the mall.
