Not sure about the binoculars but Avacslab used to have very similar sunglasses that came with the Dreadnok Ripper head.

Sunglasses are from spy lounge. They used to sell them in sets or with their figs. I had a bunch that had I cast in clear. Binoculars look like the same mold as the 25th Duke/Oktober Guard comic pack but I don’t know who else had it molded in black.

Thanks for the info, never owned any of those figures but I'd be interested in a few if you happen to have any spares.
