I found this item on evil bay advertised as GI Joe. Anybody ever heard of them? It is called Bronze Bombers. Looks fairly old and the card is beat up but read the description on it. Odd.

looks like they were a 3 3/4 line that was African-American themed but didnt do so well with regards to the toy quality as compared to the Joes. As per Yojoe.com the company bought a few hasbro Joe molds later and repainted and retooled a few heads. Interesting!

Actually, the Bronze Bombers were produced by Olmec in the 90's using a lot of G.I. Joe vintage tooling, and some of them were actually very cool. They aren't bootlegs, though the quality isn't quite up to snuff compared to the vintage stuff.
But there is some awesome tooling and some great colors. "Cool Breeze" sure as hell isn't one of 'em, though. The ones produced in '97 were the best offerings: YOJOE.COM | Bronze Bombers - 1997 They use the Secto-Viper, Strato-Viper, Darklon, Skidmark and other late 80's figure molds with some very interesting and unique color schemes... those are worth investing in. Bronze Bombers are one of those nifty little lines I collect. They use some of the same molds as Galoob's A-Team figures which I think Remco had also.

Justin And when those sets turn up on EBay they usually go for pretty serious change. They're just another example of toys I can remember warming shelves at my local TRU for months and months, only to have people pay a large premium for them down the road. |

Here's another one I found. It's a hover craft with a driver.
