ROFL good luck on spending that much on paper my frined, and yes I do get it so quit trying to act like 1982 was such a big year, i was what 6 years old at that time, never saw this thing and could care less for paper toys. You want doll houses? Thats your perogative, LOL I am sure there is a barbie Paper mansion someone is willing to sell you for a couple of hundred dollars. How about I cut a peice of paper up and make you a joe head quaters will you pay $500 for it? LOL get a grip and go spend money on real paper collectables, I am sure you have Echer paintings hanging from Diamond encrusted gold frames throgh your downtown studio? It is just a way to flaunt the excess money you have and to give some illusion to some concept of rarity. It will probaley disentegrate into moth foder when you get it, unless your sending it to AFA to ge it graded 100.0090 and try and resell it for more money. HAHA whew
I'd give you $5 for it, scan it and hand it out for free to the rest of us who have reality on our shoulders like the guy above here said...WAKE up lol |

Honestly, even as a kid I thought it was a piece of junk. I would have liked the set for the 3 figures, but thats it. I don't care how rare it is, it's going for way too much money!

If you ever get a copy of Amazing Fantasy #15, or Action Comics #1, or Detective #27, I'll gladly give you $1 each for them. After all, they're only old paper.

Wow, at least now I got a giggle, so much anger in the community.
I'd be mad, too, if I'd bought this thing. Might need to dump it, imitation is the highest form of flattery they say, and I'd say there is a real alternative to extremist collecting. But, I mean, unless he's holding a gun to the buyer's head, a item is worth what it sells for. seems theres a new customer born every minute, at least its not phlem. |

Ok I just talked to the local pre-school and we are set. Should have about 100 sets finished by next thursday. $500 bucks each.

I remember getting 2 of those Christmas in the early 80s. I thought i died and gone to heaven. Sadly it wasn't very practical, nor did the figures really play well w/the set.

Hasbro can easily redo this one. We already have the figures. Just need the cardboard and we'll have a base for the 25th line!!
