What should we do if we upload the products there ? any good suggestion should be highly appreciated . Lets break down your question with some answers: 1.) the ebay rules - as long as your product/acrylic meets safety standards - you wont have to worry being able to actually sell them 2.) realize that ebay is a very big place - your product being custom makes it that much harder to sell - you are going to need to find like items on ebay and research what categories successful auctions use as well as keywords that will help people find your product. 3.) make sure you have / get a paypal account a LOT of people like to use paypal and its basicly the preferred seller/buyer payment processing 4.) Fees. The gist of it is -- its about 13% total of your sales that you are going to need to pay ebay to sell. If you are using buy it now options its 10% of your sell under like $500.00 as well as paypals 2.9%+.30 per transaction + listing fees (roughly $0.50) depending on options (even on free listing days) 5.) Good photos - unless you are hosting your own photos you get one free and it cost $0.15 each after... get yourself a host -- write your auction description in html - and use the freebie photo from ebay ;) My recommendation - focus on 1 of your products first and start off with that.. once you start to get the feel for it -- then expand. if you do collector cases -- make sure to either pay for a second category - or maybe do 2 sperate listings.. -- one in the collector section and one in the aryclic case page.. keywords specificly are going to make the auction.. again RESEARCH spend a few days looking at successful and unsuccessful case auctions before you make the leap - also take a few different photos and try a few different auctions with different photos - see which gets the most attention.. and lastly -- if you have a website -- make sure to add your website into the ebay auction (ebay's rules however state that you can not promote outside sites unless you are using the outside site for "reference" so word it like - "for more information on dimensions -- or for use ideas goto: www.website.com") Hope that helps! and good luck friend! |
