Most of these are available at discount retailers currently for $3.99 carded. At the beginning of the year they were even cheaper when the discounters clearanced out last year's stock. Shadow Tracker is the only one that isn't super easy to find.
Like others have said list like troopers together a lot of CG's a lot of blue troopers/officers a lot of snow figures a lot of ninjas At times I maybe looking to beef up a certain section of my army, but rarely everything at the same time across the board unless it's $2 or less per figure. List Shadowtracker separately he's worth more and not a troop builder

I always separate (unless Troop Builders), as it opens up interest to those people who truly only need one figure. And if you can make those people bid against one another, you increase your profit. |

Yes. You should start single carded figures at $.99, and sell them separately. Only group troop builders of the same figure together. Your auctions were set up in a cool, unique way (by year of release), but most people on eBay aren't trying to start a complete Joe collection from scratch. I always charge $5 for shipping carded figs, it not only covers the cost of a box, but also shipping with delivery confirmation. Also, offer to ship figures loose/ complete, and offer a shipping discount. Most auctions as of late start at $2.99. They get one bid, and that's it. People need to feel like they at least have a chance at getting a fig for $.99, even though it probably won't happen. Good luck!

Well if you would have sold these individually, I would have bid on the Ninja Ku and the Air viper trooper with the red helmet. LOL
