Wouldn't the lower arms being discolored make a 85 kinda high ? Do they grade different on loose than carded. No offense seller , I just think these guys are sniffing too much of the glue they seal these cases with.

As an ebay buyer and seller, I would have no problem at all doing business with the OP. 99.5% positive is above average for even a good seller, considering all of the people who simply cannot be pleased or people who leave a negative because "I found it cheaper after I bought this one!" I am a good, honest seller. I know that I am. Yet it is a struggle to keep feedback in the 99% range due to buyers who leave negatives on a whim.
If any of you are considering one of these auctions, you can take that 99.5% to the bank. Over 2000 feedback with that percentage is golden. |

For example:
This chuckles I'm selling Hasbro 1987 GI JOE CHUCKLES UNDERCOVER MOSC AFA GRADED - eBay (item 140252073690 end time Jul-30-08 18:00:00 PDT) I thought it was an easy 85, but afa decided it was going to be a 75 even thought the subs were 75 85 90. The figure is a near perfect 90 by gum!! You never know with AFA jj |

I'm looking at that Hardtop and wondering how it got a grade of 85. It does not look like it should have that high of a grade. Here are pics of my two Hardtops. I think they are in pretty decent shape.

that doesnt even look like hardtops original mic. looks like a recast of somesort. and the hands are all scratched up, not trying to hate, your still going to get paid but im just saying as a very picky buyer, its not correct for that kind of money.
