Hi. This still needs some paint and I'm actually waiting on the proper torso (vest can't close over the current one, shaved it out as much as I could), but I really like how it's coming out so far!
Hat: 25th Cutter (modded) Head: POC Recondo Vest: POC Beachhead Torso: currently POC Recondo, WILL BE REPLACED w/: 25th Copperhead (then modded ) Upper Arms: 25th Copperhead Lower Arms: ROC Tunnel Rat Hands: L: ROC Sgt. Stone (I think), R: ROC RIA Heavy Duty ((I'll try to resolve this later) Legs: Resolute Joe (not sure which. I THINK Duke) Holsters: Gun: 25th Airborne (I think), Knife: DVD radioactive Snake Eyes. (both modded) Paints: DecoArt CRAFTER'S ACRYLIC Navy blue, Americana Lamp (Ebony) Black, (Gray is a blend of this and American Snow (Titanium) White. Silver Highlights on vest: Prismacolor Metallic Silver finepoint paint pen. SOME of the white patches of camo: DecoColor Opaque White extra fine paint marker

thats an impressive combination of parts you have going on there. Is the hat removable if so it would be sweet to have a helmet to go with him too

Damn you, Cliff Steele!!! Now I may have to create yet another Gung Ho figure for my collection. It will probably be the eighth one.
But seriously, this is awesome and I can almost guarantee that I'll be borrowing some of the ideas you used here. Can't wait to see it finished! |

First of all, wow! Thank you guys for your compliments and enthusiasm. Of all the customs I've posted (most can be seen in my albums in my profile), I think this one has recieved the best feedback. Again, I say thank you.

Oh, Wow. That's awesome, Man. He really looks topnotch. Definitely fits right in with the feel of PoC. He ought to let poor Beachhead borrow some pants.

I showed my Recondo headed GH custom this thread and it came to life, kicked me in the nuts, and told me:
"Those are My tears you are crying now!" So in short, don't show your customs threads where someone else friggin' NAILS it.
