I decided to create my own GI Joe Extreme team mixing the Sigma and ROC universe. This is a world were the soldiers are buff and the tech is in high demand. All pieces are a work in progress. 1st up is the Joes plus 1. I'll start working on the Cobras next week.

DUKE is the team leader. He is basically Guile with a hair cut and painted eyebrows. I added A few reactive armor panels using reactive armor from 12 in Ripcord. Hands, commlink, grenade, and feet are from various Sigma 6 figures. Weapon is from FAB Accelerator Ripcord.

SNAKE-EYES is Ryu body with a custom made head. Snakes head is from the ROC FAB Snakes and the mask from one of the Army of Two figures(the smaller guy). I used an old 12 inch Snake Eyes(Spy troops) clothes for snakes shirt. I had to do a little sewing. Hands, commlink, sword,and feet are from Sigma 6 other parts such as the belts are from various toys. Gun is from BSG. Knee pads are from Army of TWO. Gun and sword can both be holstered. The sword can be stored like the City Strike Snake Eyes. Still need straps for the upper body.

STORM SHADOW is basically SF Ken body with RYU head. I added all cloth clothes from a Spy troops Storm Shadow. His makes is made from the extra leg cloth and some elastic. No symbols on his are yet.

LT STONE is all Bionic Commando Rad with bionic eye patch, head gear and arm trimmed down. I added gloves from a FAB Cobra Commander and then dremmel holes for the robotic fingers (note he still has a normal thumb ...work in progress. Shirt was sewed on and roc reactive armor added as pads. Vest is from a Sigma 6 figure.

RIPCORD in Accelerator suit is a Marvel Select War Machine. Why? I didn't like it as much as I thought I would but love the Don C head underneath. The helmet is from a FAB Accelerator Ripcord and the guntlets are from the FAB Accelerator Duke. Gun is from Halo Megabloks figure. I also added megabloks shoulder joint so the figure could have a better range of motion up top. Added various pieces here and there fom other toys.

I just completed Hawk who is not a general in this Extreme universe. He commands a small unit consisting of Lt Stone and Ex Viper Mercer. Duke's unit consist of Ripcord and Snake-Eyes... Both units fall under the mysterious figure known only as the General. The General gives orders but is never seen. Both units are in search of the mysterious Snake AKA Cobra Commander. So far Cobra consist of Storm Shadow and the wack job Zartan. Zartan's hood covers his eyes on purpose. It adds a bit of mystery to him especially since you can only see his evil (Ken) grin. I still need to touch up some areas but in due time.

Snake-Eyes was given a some webbing for his gear. He sports the sword from the 12 inch Roc Snake Eyes. I also added some patches on the arms.

Hawk is a Guile: hair painted brown and given S6 Lt Stone's beret (found him at the flea market), Stone's shoulder holster, S6 hands, ROC FAB Viper boots, belt from 12 in Roc Snakes, gaunlets from Accelerator suits Duke and Ripcord, head gear various parts.

Mercer is a ROC FAB Viper chest with Bionic commando waist down. Not a wrestling fan but I think I used Batista's head and arms. My son didn't want War Machines pads so I used them for Mercer. I used various other parts to make the forearm guards and FAB hands.

Stone updated with Tunnel Rat's feet, Firefly knee and elbow pads and real Lt. Stone's arms. I also added Stone's sidearms.

Dude, those are all really sweet. I like your Ripcord, even if I can't find a Marvel Select War Machine. My favaorite is your Lt. Stone. Great work man.

Thanks man! The 6 inch War Machine is so much better than the Marvel Select but the Don C head on WM was a winner. I decided he could be the Ripcord in the newest version of the AC Suit. I really like the Stone also. I have another Rad but want to make him into a different character. Also working oin a Mercer but had to stop...ran out of materials or rather junk figures...have to make a flea market run next weekend.

Snakes is my absolute favorite because I spent more time on him, especially the shirt. My wife thought I was a little crazy sewing a shirt for my figure but my son understood.

I wanted a shirt for Rad to cover the stupid elbow joint...it worked out perfectly.

I am feverishly checking all 4 Wal Marts in my area for those 6 inch figures. I want all 3 of them, but I want 2 War Machines.

Thanks for the interest. I didn't use any Small Soldier toys. The base figures for Duke, Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow are all Street Fighter figures. I used various parts from Sigma 6, ROC Fast Action Battlers, Bionic Commando, parts from an Army of Two figure and pretty much anything else I could find around the house. I use a cut, dremel and glue process. Very little paint involved. I try to use as much of the original figures as possible. Next up (hopefully by Sunday) will be Mercer and Flint.

Oh, okay. I really like the design on these figures. I never got any of the Sigma 6 stuff and now I just can't find any for a reasonable price. These figures are just amazing to me.
