Vehicles Halo Mantis

Finally digging in to some of the most procrastinated mods in history.

I bought two Halo Mantises toward the end of 2021.

Then in 2022, got some Kotobukiyi M.S.G. kits.

Just replaced the Mini-gun with a larger Bandai HG Gatling Gun.

Everything is clicked together after some minor cutting.

The gun is the same just filmed from a different angle.

This is pretty neat, I'm trying to find a good turret and gun to put on top to bridge the difference between the gun and missiles

I agree especially after swapping out that little anti-personnel gun with the big gatling gun.

The Mantis seems fragile compared to the Dragonhawk but fits nicely.

Didn't want to risk the legs breaking trying to support the dropship so a bottle of paint is holding the center of the Mantis up.

Just started painting the Mantis.

The Mantis is still holding at 95% while I figure out the markings and decal situation.

Yet since I am treating the Mantis like a Metal Gear in the GI Joe universe Outback has started to look very Snake like.

Besides I don't feel like starting a new tread for essentially a boil and pop WIP.
