Figures Jada Storm Shadow repaint

It's a bit disengenuous to call this a "work in progress", because progress has stalled with everything else going on. Namely I've been dragging my feet on freehanding another teensy cobra insignia and painting his eyes. But having set a precendence with the Commander, I'm going to have to at some point. Perhaps posting him will reup the motivation.
Got sloppy with the shading tbh. Need to glaze his arms to smooth out the transitions a bit also.... Blah! There's a lot going on that I don't like, but I'm probably just going to finish it and never think of it again instead of fixing anything, lol.
