Trying out the metalized powder for the visor. Gonna have to get a pressure pot to get a smoother surface on the casting.

Well that’s pretty close so I don’t want to guess. Just read through all this and I appreciate you sharing your process. The head is looking awesome and I like the parts choices. Great work!

More pics. This is done for now. I need to attach a clip for an ammo belt, and figure out how to hook that up to the original CGI missile/gun. You can also see where there's rubbing around the knees and shoulders and elbows, so I'll have to learn how to neatly trim that as well. I'd also like to learn how to photoshop card backs to make a nice battle corps style file card. Also, I want to learn how to make glowing effect which incorporates some of the file card details. That's later down the line. I'd like to officially work on other things and just take pictures of this guy. The more I examine the details of the POC firefly buck, the more fitting it is for the CGI.
