You might have to also extend the back straps for an ultimate cast worthy webgear. The natural molded curve of the webgear doesn't like its natural top point shifted backwards or forwards. I extended the back straps only and found this out, and the straps over the shoulders left floated out to far from the body, where I had to glue them down to look right.

EDIT: ...and I'm getting to them. Progress pictures (no need to bump the thread too often - Ill bump it when it's done) Like usual, loctite gel on the tabs where they meet the belt, and loctite gel under a strip of electrical tape on the back for extra reinforcement. I think I'm going to need even stronger glue to attach the shoulder straps though.. Last edited by ARBCO Avenue; 01-24-2021 at 04:00 PM.. |

A little greenstuff in a few spots, and I'm satisfied it would be cast-worthy if any casters wanted to take it on.
In the first picture, the original 25th vest is on the left in light tan in the foreground, modified 25th vest on the right, still needing black paint: |

Looks great on him, really liking where you’re taking that Roadblock.
Have to decide what I’m going to do with mine. Originally was going to v1 him more by darkening the pants and redoing the camo....but I like how it comes off in person as is. I got a second for a custom but not sure if that’s what I’m doing with it yet.

Really like the ongoing modifications on RB, good work man! I'm finally getting mine so it's nice to see what others are doing with this guy.

Thanks Paokole. I got sidetracked with other projects so I'll be coming back to finish him later. So much to do, so little time...

I've spent the last 6 months learning 3D rendering.

No guesses?!! Really?!! You all Joe’d out from Joe fest? Might be more of a toughie than I thought. Think of one decade ago. These are likenesses from figures that never made it onto shelves or into any collections I know of…

All right, I'll take a wild swing at it. No guesses on the bearded one, but the other looks like it might be concept vault Grunt?
