You might have to also extend the back straps for an ultimate cast worthy webgear. The natural molded curve of the webgear doesn't like its natural top point shifted backwards or forwards. I extended the back straps only and found this out, and the straps over the shoulders left floated out to far from the body, where I had to glue them down to look right.

Right-o. I think I remember you mentioning that. I am definitely getting to the back ones too. These pictures are only as far as I got before the family was awake and I had to quit to make pancakes. The back ones are planned too. Thanks for the tip though. Confirms what I suspected.
