I don't know about ecrater fees. I hadn't really considered them as an option. I've always found their shops rather clunky as a customer. I've been focusing more on the prospect of paying for hosting on a server and either using an open source web store CMS or else building my own from scratch. I have web development experience sufficient to handle that. That way I only pay a flat monthly fee for hosting, an annual fee for a domain registration, and a PayPal percentage on actual sales. It wouldn't take long for the 10% eBay fee savings to pay for a year's worth of hosting. The only real question is if I'll have enough reach/visibility once I'm off of eBay to generate sales enough to justify the effort. I'm still mulling it over.

I have the latest test print for the repro Millennium Falcon radar dish. The print has some quality issues (I need to adjust the supports to avoid movement of the bottom half of the dish during printing). With that imperfection aside, I have the screw attachment sized and working properly now. The replacement dish is installable on the original frame:



And an entire replacement frame is also ready to rock:









Those pictures show a previous build version for the mounting peg for the POTF version. I have since updated the approach to use a linchpin attachment method. The test sample for that is pictured below:

Zap can you shrink that WAY down so I can replace the square one on my Falcon Blue Tooth speaker? I would rather it was original trilogy accurate.

Actually, I can. I might not be able to print it at home if it's really, really tiny though. What diameter do you need the dish to be?

I did a bit more detail on the mounting base for the TFA version of the dish for the "BMF" releases:



Once the interior details of this mounting base are finished, I just have to flesh out the mounting arms and their details and then I will have a complete replacement modeled for the sequel trilogy dish for the BMF Millennium Falcon.
