I'm impressed with the detail for a $200 3D printer.
What 3D files does it use? I have some 3D heads from a variety of video game sources in blender (that I can convert to slp) and was always curious what it would be like to print them and if the detail would be good enough.

Any recommendations? Do they print off of blender?

It doesn't print directly from Blender, you use a slicer software I am using Cura which is free to download and use. You export the file as an STL file from Blender then open it in the slicer, from there you save the file as gcode. In my particular printers case you save the gcode onto a microSD card, insert it into the printer and print from that.
3D printers aren't that hard to use and there's a huge community on YouTube that will help you get started. You can buy printers from China pretty cheap, which if you are interested in doing so, go to my website Tanner3D.com and click on the ad for GearBest there, it will give me a small kickback to help me purchase my next printer and would be greatly appreciated. I can recommend specific printers based upon your needs if I know what exactly you are trying to do. If you decide to jump in I can point you to lots of great YouTubers that can give you all the info you need to help you and I will help in any way I can, although I am still new to this myself. I got this little printer I have now from one of the YouTubers I follow frequently, he no longer had need of it and liked my design work.

As good as this looks, have you thought about trying an mrap? Maybe a cougar or a maxxpro.

Went and looked those up. The MVS system I'm designing will have loads of interchangeable parts eventually It looks like I could modify this design a bit to accept a different front clip and rear end to accommodate that.

Work continues this week printing the truck. 17 more pieces to print and glue for the bed. Man, I need a bigger printer.

That looks great! Does the material take paint well, have you ever painted anything?
