Just doing a simple kitbash and came up with this guy... Tactical Serpentor. More pics in posts below

I shall drink to that! Great work very cool idea with a simple design. I can dig it! I do agree with with the previous post about Serpy being too vain to cover his face tho so maybe an MU punisher head may work for an alternate look?

Acetone will take the painted hair off. Pretty simple stuff to work with..may require hard rubbing, but nothing more.

As it is now that head looks too big on that body. Removing the back would make him look more stealth I think.
