Current project I am working on is one of my childhood favorites.
AIRWOLF. Airwolf herself is a R/C body with retractable wheels. Nose section pops off (earth magnets) for access. I plan to build a full interior to this one. Stringfellow Hawke & Dominic Santini. The flightsuits they are going to be wearing are Season 2 onward style but in Season 1 Colours. The Blue-ish Grey is great and superior colour to the silver/grey ones of Season 2 onwards. These are an amalgamation of body parts (Joe, MEGO & Army of Darkness) to make these guys with some Milliput Sculpting too. String has Revoltech balls at the wrist for uber articulation. Plus with the double elbow from the AoD, he will be a very posable figure. For Dom I opted for using the old MEGO Blackhole character he played and shaved his Mustache off. Then added some grey. Also added the extra weight on him. However I may trim this back a little. Helmets I have sculpted and are removable as seen.

Airwolf was one of my favorite shows in the 80s. Your customs are looking great so far. The helmets are perfect and the helicopter is a perfect match. Looking forward to seeing this complete.

There are TWO options for those interested in having their own AIRWOLF.
You can buy a clear KIT version however it is Flimsy, a 2 halves fuselage and a lot of work to strengthen. Turning mine into REDWOLF once the LADY is done. The other option as Above you need locate a 450 model AIRWOLF or Bell 222 and modify.

I can't wait to see the finished result! I've wished for a 1/18 Airwolf for a long time! This is gonna be epic.

Count me as another Airwolf fan and one who would also love to own a 1/18th scale version.
Keep us posted on the progress.
