Finally finished the grappling hook and touched up the paint. I'm happy with it. Just started the Zartan. Painted over all flesh tones much paler to give him more of a "dude thats allergic to the sun" look. I wanted to give him full sleeves partially cause I'm heavily tattooed, but also , hell he's the leader of a biker gang. It just kinda makes sense. The tats are Japanese style dragons wrapping around his arms. I know they are hard to see, I need to do some 360 photos, but i'll take better pics as he progresses. Thanx for looking and please give me some feedback, criticism, compliments, it all helps make the next one better.

Cool figures. I really like the gear on hit and run.

Awesome job reinterpreting Hit & Run, really digging the camo pattern, much better than any of the woodland patterns on off-the-shelf GI Joe figures. Can't see enough of the Zartan tattoo paintjob in the pics, though.
EDIT: It just occurred to me, wouldn't tattoos be an operational hindrance for an impersonator/master of disguise? Last edited by zuludelta; 03-13-2009 at 10:44 PM.. |

Both are fantastic, man! I love the sleeves on Zartan!! I would love to see a large piece on his side, like a tiger or coi or something. His midriff needs some art, but nothing "thug life" or the like, so I think some side body art would be great.
I love the H&R too, just with you could see his face like the vintage. But I'd buy it if it was a release, no doubt! Great work!
