I am looking for suggestions on what kinda paints I need. Acrylic paints? And where is the best ones to buy them. Thanks!

The best paint to use on 25th/ME figs is acrylic paint, like Testors Model Masters or Tamiya acrylics. I use the Tamiya because that's what my hobby store carries. As far as finding them, any store that sells models should carry them. You probably won't find them at Wally World or Target, though.

I use water-based Citadel Colours. They are kinda pricy but quite good.

I use Testors, Polly Scale and the occasional odd brand if it means not having to custom mix a color.

btw Do not use enamals on joes!!!!!! it wont ever dry it works well on harder plastics like vehicals but soft plastics are a nono

Yeah, like TD said...no enamels, only model worthy Acrylics. I use mainly Model Masters, and occasionaly Games Workshop. Mixes rather well and lays a good coat.
