Hey Guys,
I need some advice/suggestions for a Rambo custom. I've got a good Rambo head from Trigate What do I need for... Torso? Arms? Thighs? Boots? Thanks, guys. I appreciate it.

Really, I need the most help with the arms.
I'll probably go with the Gung-Ho/Mindbender torso... maybe the Quick Kick torso. But the Arms are giving me problems. Crocmaster's upper arms are huge/awesome. That would work well. But for the lower arms... I need something proportionate, and without gloves, etc. Please, any suggestions guys?

Ok, if you want to go with a Rambo 3 look what I would say is use a Copper Head torso (the PP one) Commando Snake Eyes legs. You can use Bazooka lower arms and hands or Shipwreck's lower arms and I think ROC Zartan's hands will fit that. (not sure) If you want to what would look better for Rambo is the twins's upper arms with Shipwreck's lowers.
Legs are easy, go with the black Snake Eyes commando ones. If you want him without a shirt use Storm Shadow from the final ROC fight. This is good because if you can find it you won't pay much for it and he has scars. |

I've thought about doing the same thing, due to a Mad Joe Rambo head I wound up with as a freebie.
I'd considered using a RoC Copperhead torso, with more military legs... Just to differentiate him from my Sarge customs. Outback legs/feet are pretty clean and look really cool. |

Would ROC Hawks lower hands work?
All he's wearing is a watch - that's perfect. But I'm concerned they may be just a bit too small.

Yeah, I may go with the Copperhead torso or the Quick Kick. We'll see... those scars are a little much for me.

I went for a first film style Rambo and used a Wolverine figure. He's got blue jeans, a tank top, all I had to switch out were the boots.
His arms are bare and so are his hands, you could probably boil and pop those off. They are kinda over done, like they are on steroids, but trying to find a cleaner combination among Joe parts is difficult and costly. |

I'm currently working on a Rambo custom myself. For the arms, I have the twins arms and cut off the hand peg and drilled it a bit to fit Wild Bill hands, but I also have arctic Storm Shadow upper arms with Cutter/Shipwreck lower arms. Still undecided wich ones to use.
