hey this has probably been addressed already but is there a way to get good ol 25th gung-ho to hold weapons properly without replacing the arms ??

It's not the arms, it's how think the vest is. A lot of characters with heavy vests or webgear can't hold a weapon worth a damn.

His hands and arms suck, seriously. I took them out and replaced the uppers with Xamot's, and his lowers with Sgt. Stone's.
