Like strato viper? If Eel had a removable helmet and Lamprey had a removable visor. Then strato viper should have had a removable helmet.

You remove Mainframe helmet by hand? wow I am interested how you did that.

As for the goggles on Scrap Iron, they are already removable. I just had to make sure that when I cut out the helmet that I left the hole that the goggles plug into intact. As for the Tripwire and Slipstream straps, you just dremel out the helmet first and then when you are satisfied with it, you can cut out the mouth and nose with and exacto-knife and then you have the strap. (NOTE: the Tripwire and Slipstream helmets were not done by me. I had someone dremel out the helmets for me and I took care of the heads).

Both Mainframe and Scrap Iron were done the same way. I used a drill bit (can't remember what size) and wrapped the top in cardboard so I had something to hold onto and hand drilled into the existing hole (for the ball joint) to enlarge it. After I made it deep enough, then I used a larger one and did the same thing. Then used and exacto knife for fine tuning, fitting and smoothening out the inside.
