Questions Winter Coat/Jacket for Classified

With Snow Serpents coming next year to Classified (and I doubt I'll get Snow Job) I need some Joes to fight them in the display. Has anyone seen a good custom made winter coat that will fit Joes?

I checked Etsy, and I did not like the few things I found. I know there are folks on Instagram and such that make custom stuff. I have a hard time finding things there, though. Any help would be appreciated.
