Any easy way to harden these up besides trying to cast them in a better material.
Have some ClicknPlay guns and Pirates of the Caribbean swords that are the softest rubberish material I've ever experienced. |

Depends on how rubbery, but you can try something like Testors Dulcote.
I've used that before on MOTUC swords that were too rubbery and it can make them a little firmer.

But all jokes aside, I agree with jscott991. I've used the dulcote before and it worked fine for me. |
