If anyone is interested, I'd like to see various body parts swap between 50th and Retro Stalker, and 50th and Retro Cobra Trooper. Really just looking for how parts do and don't fit together, proportions of body parts, and other things. Using the same character for pics would very infomative visually, and looked pretty cool. As in weird.

This is a really in-depth and informative post. Thanks for putting it together!

FYI,
It seems this line has left China for good. Even the stands are made in Vietnam now.

A little cross pollination here, but these guys have possibilities:

With that Cobra Trooper, I just feel like too many differences for this to come close to being a "retro" figure. At least the 25th Anniv. figures got the basic ascetics of the ARAH toys correct.
I am hoping that Hasbro has a completely new sculpt in mind for a Cobra Officer. That Stalker waist & legs has me real curious now as to it would look with a Gung-Ho upper body. Jason Is that what you're wanting to see? |

Torso and full arm disassembly. Thanks to Ax, went into this quickly with full confidence. Will put this in the other thread with more notes and test new arm into old torso holes...

Really wish the 25th and up Joes used this type of shoulder joint. There were many customs I had in my mind that I would have done if I didn't have to split the torso to swap arms.

I just noticed that the Fang pilot has knee pins, but the CT doesn't. Interesting.

I don't know how they did it, but the knee is like a ME knee, and there are bars going through each knee hole.
They must have sonic welded the bars after they slipped the knees on. You can't get the knees off unless you slice through the bar, and then glue it back together.
