Hey all. I'm in the process of trying to kitbash a 1/12 Joe figure and struggling with how I can handle shoes/boots for him. The original figure is a UFC fighter so he's barefoot. I have working clothes, but I'm stuck on the feet.
The leg's foot peg is much further down than a typical calf or ankle peg, as it's inset into the foot itself. I bought a pair of shoes from eBay that just don't work - and I haven't found any "slip on" boots so far. Does anyone here have recommendations or solutions? Thanks! Follow up: did some leg surgery and cut his legs at the calves. Replaced his calves with booted calves from another figure. I'll post pics soon
